We came here during a celebration, I have not felt this uncomfortable in years, everyone staring at us because we were dressed differently, I noticed a couple of people whispering to each other after staring at us. Unlikley to visit again sadly.

We had a really good day out. We had originally booked for 6 of us but a simple call and for the same cost as everyone else, we changed our booking to 7 which was very good. We even got a free upgrade to one of the premium booths which was nice. All in all its your typical bowling alley However despite being in a premium booth we had no bowling balls, unlike at tenpin where the bowling balls are lined up in racks behind the lanes, you have to go up to other peoples lanes and ask for a specific type of ball which is very annoying. Even though we didnt pay extra, if we did I would be very annoyed that we had no bowling balls as we had to go and get 5 from other lanes which is just annoying and not good. Also the food is really overpriced and the booth area was dirty and had no where to store coats and there was not enough seating for all 7 of us. Apart from that it was good but nothing special

So me and my nan came here last week l as a way to spend some time together. The price was a little more than other places, but we had never been here before so thought we should give it a shot. As we walked in, we were stunned by the bright lights and stunning decoration. It definitely takes on the Hollywood theme. Check in was easy, done in seconds. We were swiftly moved to our alley and set up our game. Although we were shocked to find cream on the floor and leftover food on the seats! Definitely not cleaned before we came. But we got over it and began our game. Nan was losing (unsuprisingly) by about 50 points. But she soon caught up! We were now both on 120 points, and it was the final round, match point. Nan took her shot, and slipped on the cream! She hit her head quite bad on the floor, and there was blood everywhere. I called over for help and the hollywood bowl team rushed over with first aid and support. They asked if we needed an ambulance, but she said she'd be ok. When she was all bandaged up and off the floor, I told the workers the situation. I was expecting at least a refund, but all we were given was a 10 Ann summers gift card! Good choice of shop but not enough money really.

Daisy was fantastic. We spent quite alot and the machines done give many tickets but we had fun. Clean place, friendly staff and good prize choice
