        There was an item missing off my Just Eat order. I rang the restaurant to ask for it be delivered and spoke to Abby. She spoke to someone else and then told me they couldn't deliver the item and I need to speak to Just Eat. I said that wasn't good enough and I wanted to speak to the manager. I was told nobody was managing the shop today. I asked how to complain and was told to "look online." I double checked that Abby was in charge and she then went back on her earlier statement and put me on to someone 'senior'. I was again refused delivery of the missing item and said I wanted to complain at which point the lady hung up on me. No need for this appalling customer service.
