I called 10 minutes before closing wanting a commode when my dad discharged himself from hospital, I was desperate and the 2 lovely ladies who worked there agreed to stay open whilst I drove to the shop, I arrived 10 minutes after they should have closed the shop, they were so friendly and helpful even though they had long journeys home, one of the ladies had to drive home to Barnsley, and were held up to allow me to get what I needed, Im so grateful for the wonderful service and kindness they showed me, thank you.

Mum had never even sat on a mobility scooter before but needed one so went to Pargate, Bernie was amazing, really friendly and attentive. Nothing was any bother and we could take as much time as we wanted. Mum was whizzing around the shop in no time.. Bernie gave mum a full demo, nothing was left out then she showed me how to dismantle the scooter to get it in the car....(very easy).. No pushy sales, Bernie was showing mum the cheapest, but mum went and spent an extra few Quid on the next model up.. A lovely experience... Thanks Parkgate team Molly, George and Pete
