Myself and my husband have been with Charters over the last few months when they bought the estate agent we were with. Ed has been amazing through the transition and then with our sale. It hasn't been the easiest with the bottom of the chains solicitor and getting everyone sorted in time for exchange (happened yesterday!) To say we were anxious is an understatement as our mortgage agreement was due to expire on the 25th of this month. My husband and I were close to pulling out of the sale. But Ed went above and beyond and helped reduce our anxiety through it all and we are extremely grateful we got him as our estate agent.
