Jay was really gentle, caring and attentive when he had a look at my sons teeth. He explained to us the best ways to look after his teeth and what to do to prevent tooth decay. I highly recommend this practice. top quality dentist.

I have been with Kingsclere for about 5 years now, the last year or so with Jay. I rang the Practice last week with a concern, and the Receptionist kindly gave me an emergency appointment yesterday. As always, Jay treated me with the utmost professionalism and compassion. I would also like to thank his Dental Nurse, Hasna, for her support. Many thanks.

Where do I start. Terrible dentist practice I do not recommend at all. I thought my previous dentist practice was bad which left me in hideous pain and 3 years of healing sinus infection . Then went here and 3 years on the same tooth is still not good. Dentists leave all the time I was on my 4th or 5th until I finally had had enough of this total disregard for me and the health of my teeth I left last week September 2022 .the manager is the rudest person I have ever had to speak to just blames yourself and no one else . Waiting months in pain just to wait to have a root canal treatment is not my fault!!. And then the shoddy filling that was put in by the terrible dentist fady who did my terrible root canal 5 months later I learn that it was leaking cracked the whole time so that is why I have still been in pain. Then they wanted to out my money up because my teeth are obviously have not been looked after by them. The bloody cheek. Worst experience I have ever had with a dental practice and that is saying something!.writing this to make myself feel better and to get it out my head.
