        A professional company who organised an excellent guided tour of Pompeii and Herculaneum. The tour manager, hotel, meals and all travel arrangements were as promised. I can't recommend this company enough.

        Andante used to be wonderful and I had some marvellous holidays with them. It appears that it is now impossible to contact them: a phone message left a week ago has gone unanswered, as has an email. And this is not the first time....

        I travelled with Andante on a tour of Crete & Santorini in 2018 and it was a fantastic experience. Visiting iconic sites such as the Palace of Knossos in the company of an expert guide brought the areas history to life and helped me put things into context. Accommodation and food were great, and the pace of the tour was busy but felt very full - not a moment was wasted. I would thoroughly recommend visiting archaeological sites in the company of an expert, theres nothing quite like it. Service: Group tours

        This Company refused to refund our money when our holiday to Italy was cancelled last year as a result of the pandemic. This was contrary to their own Terms and Conditions (which they are happy to apply to their customers) and the Package Travel Regulations 2018. Not only that but they then refused to comply with a Court Order so that we had to go to the further hassle of getting a Third Party Debt Order to retrieve our refund directly from their account. We have never dealt with such an unprofessional company before and cannot recommend them.
