Gearlink just fixed the gearbox on my Mazda6 just before Christmas, and I couldn't be happier with the support I received. Throughout the procedure, the personnel shown professionalism and competence, and they were able to identify the issue and solve it fast. The Gearlink staff gave me the impression that my car was in capable hands as soon as I dropped it off. They gave me a thorough description of the work that was being done and kept me updated on the status of the repairs. Overall, Gearlink's service has more than met my expectations. They gave me fantastic customer service and were courteous, knowledgable, and competent. They are unquestionably someone I would advise in need of gearbox repairs. Service: Transmission

Recently took my Vivaro to these guys following on from a ongoing long issue with a unnamed main dealer and i have to just say a quick word to how refreshing it was to deal with a company who take customer service so seriously and genuinely go above and beyond where they need to to fix an issue that has plagued me for months. Special mention to Mike and Ian in particular. Ian from the first contact gave me so much of his time and knowledge and his explanation on what the issue probably was (which it turns out it was) was so helpful for someone who has zero mechanical knowledge in helping me understand it.
